Mat Pilates Pilates is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and for both men and women. Pilates helps to improve core strength, posture and flexibility. Classes are limited in number to ensure maximum benefits are gained. All classes are run by a qualified Pilates instructor.
Clinical Pilates This differs from Pilates for Fitness in that the exercises are specifically tailored to suit the individual with either acute or chronic back pain. All participants are individually assessed on their specific requirements prior to commencing the course (by a qualified physiotherapist). Classes consist of a maximum of six people and rebates may be available from private health insurance. One-on-one Clinical Pilates sessions can also be arranged with one of our physiotherapists at a convenient time.
